This is a unique 24-step functional rehabilitation programme designed to improve the way you move through spinal stability, endurance and strength.

You’ll see your practitioner 24 times.

Every time you come in, you’ll be treated (adjusted) with a specific adjustment for your postural distortion patterns. You’ll also be shown the next exercise in your personal series. We start with simple rehabilitation exercises, going through to intermediate and advanced versions. It includes core, pelvis, neck and shoulder.

 It’s all about strengthening your spine for optimum performance.
