Step four
Your second treatment and a chance to discuss your treatment goals. Your practitioner will then recommend the most appropriate treatment plan for you. Treatment fee £45.

10 Step Pain Relief Plan
Fast effective relief for neck and back pain
10 treatments in the clinic along with stretches and exercises to get you out of pain and teach you how to move safely. This includes skills for your whole life, like lifting, sitting and squatting safely and correctly. Fees: £45 pay as you go, £400 for the package or pay £133/month for 3 months.

24 Step Functional Plan
A stronger spine for the rest of your life
24 treatments in the clinic along with stretches and exercises designed to improve your spinal stability, endurance and strength. We start with simple rehabilitation exercises, going through to intermediate and advanced versions. It includes core, pelvis, neck and shoulder. It’s all about strengthening your spine for optimum performance. Fees - £45 pay as you go, £880 for the package or £130/month for 7months.

Retrain your spine and posture into a safer place
36 treatments in the clinic and stretches and exercises designed to correct, identify and treat misalignment patterns from the bottom of your feet through to the top of your neck. The goal is to get you back into a safe space and stop the damage getting worse. We will be teaching you the skills to look after your spine for the rest of your life. Fees: £45 pay as you go, £1250 for the package or £120/month for 12 months.
